Physical description

1. Gold, white & Red medal with big Red Cross in the centre. Red Ribbon on top with a gold pin connected to badge with a gold ring.
2. Small standard Red Cross Badge. Blue badge, white inside overlaid with a Red Cross - crown on top and pin at the back.
3. Small sheet of paper outlining conditions in which medal can be worn.
4. Small white box containing foam backing with Red Cross emblem and Manufacturer.
5. White box lid.

Inscriptions & markings

1. Inscribed at top "Australian Red Cross Society" - at bottom "20 Years Service" Inscribed on back "D7599".
4. Box - written on the front "Mrs Annie Julia Kirkwood, Eaglehawk Branch". On back written “7599”
