Physical description

1. An “Ad Hoc” box repurposed from an old artillery ammo box. The four sides are made from timber 23 mm thick. The ends have a smaller horizontal board attached. These boards anchor the sisal rope handles. The bottom is composed of 2 boards 25 mm thick.
2. The top is composed of two boards held together by tongue and groove method. The top boards are 20 mm thick with wedge shape slots. There are two steel straps going from top of sides down to but not attached to the bottom boards. The bottom of these straps is severely rusted. The large sides have markings. One side has remnants of words printed and stencilled. The other side is clear to read.
