The author is printed below along with Lilydale & District Historical Society at the bottom. The spine has the title, volume and author printed in green lettering. There is a Contents page and Index at the back. Inside are detailed facts, photographs, posters, Death Notices, Sports, Schools and more about the area's development to 1920. Reference is made to the Sebire family on p.8. On the back cover in red print is a photograph of a bronze plaque presented after the death of James Edward Fraser. Inscription: HE DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOUR. Pp.216. Included is a local newspaper cutting from the Yarra Valley Leader June 23, 2003 p.14 titled: A Love of History about the Coldstream author and historian Val Sheehan.
