Physical description

Framed photograph of the Admella commemorative Tablet. Photograph is surrounded by a buff mount board with lettering at the bottom. "Presented to the Portland Free Library by William J Goldsmith" Mountboard has watermark damage. Frame is Green Painted timber with Silver and Gold in a frame. Reverse covered in ripped paper which has been mended with black tape.
