Inscriptions & markings

Circular has been signed by Mona Menzies. There is a rectangular date stamp at top of page 'ALFRED HOSPITAL/19 SEP 1969 /initalled in black ink'. At the bottom of the page is an oval stamp 'PRELIMINARY TRAINING SCHOOL/ALFRED HOSPITAL' around margin. In the centre of this stamp something has been crossed out. Previous catalogue number handwitten at top right of all pages along with the letter 'A','B','C' or 'D'
