Letter dated 24th September 1991 from the Director of Nursing at the Royal District Nursing Service to Miss Betty Lawson at the Returned Nurses Club. The letter thanks Miss Lawson for contacting RDNS regarding a memorial to be held for the late Mrs McKeller and informing her that two representatives will be in attendance.

Typed letter on A4 paper. The typing is in black ink. There is a header at the top of the page with the letters RDNS printed in blue ink and beneath that 'ROYAL DISTRICT NURSING SERVICE' in red ink. At the bottom of the page are the contact details for the RDNS printed in blue ink.
