Article appeared on page 4, Volume 11, No 2 of 'Nursing Notes', newsletter of the Alfred Hospital Nurses League. Leah Rosenthal graduated from the Alfred Hospital in 1904, served in France during World War 1914-1918. Before the war she was joint owner of Windarra Private Hospital with Belle Jobson (AH Grauate 1902) After the war she purchased another hospital with Belle Jobson that they renamed Vimy House. When Leah died in 1930, Belle established a nursing prize in her name at the Alfred Hospital
