Cover is blue and cream with a black and white image of a curving timber jetty with white posts. A boat to the centre and tall Norfolk pine tree's and buildings in the back, a women and young child are standing on the jetty with fishing rods and buckets. Image and several other shapes two vertical overlapping rectangles bordered n black wavy lines. Has a bright blue RAC VIC logo to the centre left.
Opened front - Map of the district has various routes marked in purple.
Opened back - features 4 smaller maps focusing on the business districts of Portland, Hamilton, Mount Gambier and The Coonawarra Wineries.
