Physical description
Miniature dressing table consists of base section, two drawers and an oval picture frame held in place with 2 posts. They are all made from timber approx. 1/4" thick. It is printed in a red and black motif. One drawer is shallow and wide, the front panel being 22 x 5.2 cm, depth 11 cm. It has a small metal handle. The other drawer is tall and narrow. Front panel H.11.2, W.8.2, D 11cms. It has a very small metal handle.
The oval shaped frame consists of a one piece rim with a thin detachable wooden backing. The long sides have holes for the pivots. The two posts with pivots, are placed into machine holes in base unit. The base unit has curved corners and curved top on the tall and narrow section. There are 2 wooden feet on left side 2.5 cm long.

Written in flat section drawer hole is '61'. Written in tall section drawer hole is '5'. Written on the oval frame backing is '26'. Written on tall and narrow drawer is '20'. Written on back of wide shallow drawer is '36'.
