Physical description

A badly worn brown and blue marbled style coloured covered Nature Study Exercise book for student use in schools. There is a white rectangular sticker with a decorative green and brown border pasted in the middle of the front cover with the title, and a Name and Class line with the student's details added in ink and pencil. It is stapled at the spine with green tape binding it together. The book is filled with different Nature Study topics such as Roots,The Vine Moth, The Violet and others, all handwritten in grey pencil. The first page is filled with pencilled columns of numbers counting by fives 5 - 690. It was used in 1912 by Louis Kolling Class 3.
