Leah Rosenthal received this telegram to attend Buckingham Palace to receive the Associate Royal Red Cross at Buckingham Palace in April 1919. Leah Rosenthal had volunteered to join the Queen Alexandra Imperial Nursing Service Reserve in 1914 and served in France during World War I.
