Inscriptions & markings

Previous catalogue number [black ink] handwritten at top of front cover. Two holes have been punched near the spine. On the title page a name has been crossed out and '2/5 TH' handwritten underneath [both black ink] Also on this page 'Operating Theatres/Alfred Hospital' has been stamped twice [black ink]
