1. Junior Arthur Joseph NATHAN, No. 33159. Born Sydney, enlisted Melbourne on 31 Oct 1916, aged 25. In Field Artillery Brigade, 25th Reinforcements, embarked ex Melbourne on HMAT A9 "Shropshire" on 11 May 1917. Served on Western Front. Last posting 1st Divisional Ammunition Column as Bombadier. R.T.A. 28 February 1919. Discharged 3rd M.D. 29 June 1919.
2. Unable to identify soldier from writing on photograph.
3. Unable to identify exactly which soldier named Marshall due to illegible initial - K(?).
4. Unable to accurately identify ? R. Collins. Clarence Amber Edhouse (No. 25808), Born Echuca, enlisted Prahran, 25 March 1916, aged 19 in Field Artillery Brigade, 18th Reinforcement. Embarked 1 August 1916 from Melbourne aboard HMAT A67 "Orsova". KIA 1 August 1918. Unable to determine which of the two in the photograph is C.A. EDHOUSE.
