Wooden desk writing set with three inkwells, labelled 'Copying', 'Red' and 'Black' on separate hinged lids. One of the small glass inkwells is missing. A heavy glass decorated pen tray sits in a recess across the front. The wood is prominently grained, especially the lids.
Inscriptions & markings
Impressed in the wood between the red and black inkwells is a crown symbol with the words: 'SERIES MADE IN ENGLAND'.
