Historical information
On the 2nd of May 1999, Wilma Young (nee Oram) and Vivian Statham (nee Bullwinkel), survivor of the Vyner Brooke tragedy in 1942, unveiled the Memorial to Banka Island Nurses located in Point Walter Reserve, Honour Avenue, Bicton, Melville, Western Australia.
Physical description

The woman on the left (Wilma Young) is seated, wearing a floral jacket where her medals and her name tag are attached to the left side. The second woman (Dorothy Venosta) standing next to her is wearing a white unbuttoned short sleeved shirt over a navy blue top.
