"This craft is made by an Eskimo Artisan, living in the Arctic and as such is guaranteed by the Federated Co-operatives of New Quebec which is officially recognized by the Government of Canada and by the Government of the Province of Quebec.

Physical description

Black wool applique quilt with white, blanket stitch edging. Applique motifs of indigenous animals and artefacts in white, beige , green and blue wool.

Inscriptions & markings

Inuit ( then Eskimo ) lettering under each motif.
