Historical information

1. Territorial Forces Efficiency Medal awarded to WO, NCO's and enlisted personnel in Citizens Military Force of Australia and Territorial Armies of NZ & UK for 12 Years Service.
2. Awarded to members who complete 15 years service in British Red Cross Society on St Andrews Ambulance Corps to be worn only on ceremonial occasions.
3. Volunteer Long Service and Good Conduct usually for services in the rank. Instituted in 1894 for 20 years Service and superceded in 1908 by Territorial Forces Efficiency Medal.
