This photograph was taken on 22 July 1953 at AHQ Field Survey Section, Central Command, Hampstead Barracks, Adelaide, SA of a group of RASvy soldiers in uniform. Soldiers are grouped in three rows with a corrugated iron building in background and a dog in the lower right corner. Rear row of unidentified soldiers; centre row of unidentified soldiers and front row of an unidentified Staff Sergeant; unidentified Sergeant; Lt NRJ Hillier; Maj WB Relf; unidentified WO2; unidentified Staff Sergeant. The photo was possibly taken at the beginning of their short tenure (approx 1 year) at Hampstead Barracks, after moving from Largs Bay, then subsequently at Keswick Barracks.
