Historical information
The Department of Public Instruction is the historical name for the Victorian Department of Education. These cards were originally published between 1900 and 1910 as a set of thirty three insturctional cookery cards.
Physical description
Cardboard cover with pages of printed recipes and bound together by three cloth ties threaded through punch holes.
