Comb bound document with yellow cover, Front cover has a photocopied photograph of two seated women in nurses uniform, with 'Our Tutor Sister and Sister Burbridge/ who wrote our textbook "Lectures for Nurses"' typed underneath.There is a black and white photograph affixed to the title page

Previous catalogue number handwritten at top right of front cover. Photograph on title page has been identified as 'Sister Catron/ 1938-1940' [handwritten blak ink]. Some correction have been made to text [black ink] and some additional nites [pencil] page 7
