Certificate framed, Colour with “Honour the Brave” at the top, “Patriotic Committee - District of Epsom - Sergeant Thomas Staley”. Flags either side with scroll and flowers around central text, an oval space has a B & W image of a Soldier arms crossed, at the bottom, “He Answered his Countries Call. Frame is timber plain design with gold edging.
