Physical description

Copper coloured round medal with loop at top. Obverse features the head of George V with 'FOR KING AND COUNTRY' around it. Reverse side features a sailor on a deck with bull dog standing before a cannon. Cutlass in hand. Four ships in background. Words 'AUSTRALIA WELCOMES THE BRITISH NAVAL SQUADRON 1924'.
