Historical information
The first document is an important record of the size and makeup of the Australian Survey Corps - Permanent Military Force (PMF) as of 15 Aug 1946. It details the establishment, salaries and promotion guidelines and has a table of the names of the individuals occupying those positions.
The second document (its draft and final document dated 25 Aug 1945) discuss in detail estimates of Expenditure for the Australian Survey Corps for 1945/46. This document in an attempt to quantify estimated expenses, addresses proposed manning and planned tasking for the Australian Survey Corps post WWII.
These documents are believed to be copies from the National Archives and are an important snapshot of what was the situation at the time.

An A4 and an A3 sized photocopy, stapled of typed text and 3 x photocopies of each of a Draft and Final A4 document of typed text
Inscriptions & markings
The First document (PMF) dated 15 Aug 1946 has a handwritten annotation "Confidential", the second document (Estimated Expenditure) dated 25 Aug 1945 has a typed classification of "SECRET" (Both Classifications have since expired)
