Document was made in the 1950's when many items of equipment that are now disposible, were not. This document provides details for sterilization for such things as endotracheal tubes,
syringes, needles and gloves. Instructions for cleaning and setting up operating theatres and 'scrubbing up' are also included

Typed [black] document, a staple has been removed and four holes punched at left. An typed update has been made on a separate piece of paper and fixed to number 4.
