These documents are a draft advertisement to fill vacancies for Draughtsman and Topographers for the Australian Survey Corps in 1935. The successful candidates would be enlisted as Warrant Officer Class 2. These documents are particularly interesting as they describe in detail the conditions of service in the Survey Corps at the time and in particular the Salary and also a summary of their job descriptions. Besides the benefits of superannuation and free medical the article describes the annual salary (in Aus Pounds) of a Cpl was 199, Sergeant 212 -266, WO2 284 - 356, WO1 362- 440.
