The title page has information of the Centenary of the original Institute building. The main title page has further information, including author, publisher. Opposite this page is a copy of the cover of the 1913 Mechanics' Institute and Free Library Annual Report and Balance Sheet to be presented at the Annual Meeting of Subscribers. Inside is a Foreword, Chronological Chart, Contents, List of Illustrations, Index and details about the author, Pam Firth. There are many interesting chapters describing the 100 years of the Institute and Library. Pp. 70
