Cylindrical lithographed metal container for Price's White Taper Candles. The green tin features printed decorative motifs and partial surviving text including 'White Taper Candles' and 'Liverpool'. Such containers were used to store and protect candles and were commonly found in domestic households during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
