Inscriptions & markings

Purple oval stamp in centre of front page with inscription reading Alfred Hospital Gynaecology Lectures. Embellishment between Alfred Hospital and Gynaecology Lectures and a dotted line space under Gynaecology Lectures for a name to be written.
Three areas of rust marking where the staples were attached.
A small white sticker with the number 213.24 on top right corner. Below this number written in pencil is 1970’s.
