Inscriptions & markings

Purple oval stamp in centre of front page with inscription reading Alfred Hospital Gynaecology Lectures. Embellishment between Alfred Hospital and Gynaecology Lectures and a dotted line space under Gynaecology Lectures with the name Helen Martin written.
Three pairs of holes where the staples were attached.
Previous catalogue number on top right corner of front cover. Below this number written in pencil is 1970’s.
Numerous pages and back inside cover have hand written notes.
