This tram was built in 1914 for the Prahran & Malvern Tramways Trust. It became part of the Geelong Tramways Fleet where it was No.40. It came to Ballarat in 1956 and numbered 43. It was sent to the Apex Club of Barwon on behalf of the City of Newtown and Chilwell (City of Newtown from 1974). Acquired by the Tramway Museum Society of Victoria in Bylands in 1987.
