4. Pakistan Service Medal Kashmir 1964-65 (Tamgha-1-Diffa).
5. Pakistan Service Medal Kutch 1965 (Tamgha-1-Diffa) Bar.
6. War Medal 1971 (Tamgha-1-Jang) with fixed bar.

1. Year of Inauguration written in Urdu, English and Bengalese.
2. Named to "6796905 SEP/N/A Manzoor Hussain of Arms Medical Corps".
3. Date of 1965 in both Urdu & Bbengali.
4. Inscribed "In Service of Pakistan". In Urdu & Bar says Kachmir.
5. Inscribed "In Service of Pakistan". In Urdu & Bar says Kutch.
6. Inscribed "Tamgha-I-Jang" & "1385" in Urdu.
