Physical description

Single sheet legal document folded to 4 pages forming contract for sale of 17 acres, part of Crown Portion 7 Parish of Ringwood County of Mornington, Volume 6595 Folio 1318826 and Volume 6491 Folio 1298079. Vendor Raymond Henry Hill, Canterbury Road Ringwood, Dairy Farmer, sold to Frank Cedric Pyke, Heatherdale Road Ringwood, Orchardist, for the sum of six hundred and eighty pounds. Plan of Land includes 17 acres shaded pink adjoining another block fronting an unspecified location on Canterbury Road.
