Cream coloured foolscap cardboard folder containing printed pages, printed on one side only.
Inscriptions & markings
Purple oval stamp in centre of front page with inscription reading Alfred Hospital Gynaecology Lectures. Embellishment between Alfred Hospital and Gynaecology Lectures and a dotted line space under Gynaecology Lectures with the name P. Larritt written in blue ink and underneath name in pencil 1960’s. Four staples attached down the left hand side, securing the pages.
Some handwritten notes in blue ink on some pages and the back cover and some diagrams drawn in red and blue ink and grey pencil.
A foolscap printed exam paper folded in half vertically, secured with a staple in top right corner. Written in blue ink on top right corner is No 23 under this Gynaecology Exam under this 22/9/66 and under this Group K which is underlined. In the middle of the page 73 in blue ink and Larritt P.J in grey pencil.
