The nursing seminar was held as part of the Alfred Hospitals Centenaryr Celebrations in 1971.This paper covers the history of nurse training at the Alfred Hospital which began in 1980 by Mrs Henrietta Trengold Strong, the school of nursing was the first to be established in Victoria.
