Cream coloured foolscap cardboard folder containing printed pages, printed on one side only.

Inscriptions & markings

Purple oval stamp in centre of front page with inscription reading Alfred Hospital Gynaecology Lectures. Embellishment between Alfred Hospital and Gynaecology Lectures and a dotted line space under Gynaecology Lectures with the name Barbara A. Lade written in blue ink and underneath name in blue ink is Group “C”. Three rusty staple marks down the left hand side. In blue ink on top right corner is 213.35 and above this in grey pencil is 1961.
Some handwritten notes in blue and red ink on some pages and some diagrams drawn in red and blue ink and grey pencil.
