Cream card printed on one side. 'Seasonal Greetings' [green print] from The Board of Management/ and Staff of Alfred Hospital/ 1955 [brown print] 'Christmas Day Fare' [green print] menus for 'Dinner' and 'Tea' [brown print]. At the top coners there are illustrations of holly leaves and berries [green print]. At centre base there is an illustration of a christmas tree [green print]

The name 'Ann Clezy' is handwritten [blue ink] at centre top, and the previous catalogue number is handwritten [black ink]at top right . On the reverse of the card there are 23 autographs
