The Queen Victoria Hospital was a historic, women-led medical facility in Melbourne founded in 1896 by Dr. Constance Stone. It relocated to Clayton in 1987, becoming part of Monash Health.The sole remaining heritage tower of the former hospital at 210 Lonsdale Street now houses the Queen Victoria Women's Centre. Amongst its services the hospital provided midwifery training. These postcards were created from historical photographs and sold at the Queen Victoria Women's centre, they include images of nurses
