The book was written by Peter Free in 2021 and covers the story of the Sunbury Football Club over the decades since its inception in 1879 although much attention has been given to the decades from the 1950s - 1970s.

Significance

The Sunbury Football Team has been in existence for over 140 years and was one of the earliest sporting teams in the Sunbury district.

Physical description

A book with a bound white cover and black printing and an old photograph of a football team on the front cover and the football club's lion logo on either side of the photograph. A coloured picture of a lion is on the back cover. The book has 60 pages of text and photographs.
