This tram was built in 1917 for the Hawthorn Tramways trust. It was originally No. 15. Came to Ballarat in 1945. Renumbered in 1953 to No. 36. It was returned to Hawthorn in 1971 but then taken by the Tramway Museum Society of Victoria.
