Physical description
Small booklet with blue cardboard cover. Printing on cover is in black ink. It has an emblem at the top showing 2/8 - 2 Pennants under which is a WW1 tank. Under the tank is the abbreviation "ASSN".
Inside front cover is printed the Committee. On the pages are groups of name, address and landline number for members - 10 per page.
At the rear is a Vale list and also blank forms for change of address. The booklet is fastened with two staples.
