Decorative object - Pressed wild flowers, Stella Turner, c.2016

Historical information

These items were made by Stella Turner who operated a business called Clematis Crafts which sold locally as well as interstate and overseas especially to Embassies. Stella was also a poet and an author and had played cello with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

Significance

These are examples of local wildflowers arranged and pressed by a local artist.
