As his records have all been combined they are not available to view completely, it is unclear what date he transferred to the Post War Army, it is also possible he served in BCOF after the War before Korea.
Physical description
1. Card - cardboard, folded in half, beige coloured with blue ink print on front and inside. Print on the front includes the words the "1st/CORPS OF SIGNALS/AIF" and illustration. Kings crown above a running figure with the words "CERTO CMO" in banner below motto. Handwritten greeting inside above a greeting in print "Seasons Greetings".
2. Envelope - beige coloured paper, addressed to "Mrs. R. Richardson (Mow)?, 181 Stawell St. Burnley". Envelope has a green ID Postage stamp with black ink franking stamp dated "24DE40" and "DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY/ CONCESSION POSTAL RATE" stamp in purple ink.
