Certificate details, P.P. O'Donahoo's service at the Al Hada Military Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre in Taif, Saudi Arabia, after leaving the Navy on 9th October 1988. O'Donahoo worked as a Dental Technician at the hospital from 22 November 1990 to 21 November 1991.

Physical description

Laminated A4 cream coloured certificate with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia watermark in light blue. Proforma text in black type in both English and Arabic. Details of recipient in black type in relevant pro forma spaces. Black and white head and shoulders photograph of recipient in top LH corner. Red ink stamp over photo. Purple ink stamp at bottom next to signatures in blue ink.
