1. & 2. Shirts, khaki colour, polyester cotton fabric, with collar, shoulder epaulettes, two front pockets with button down flap and plastic buttons. Short sleeves with left and right Rank Insignia patch - Queen's Crown in gold, white and red coloured embroidery - Warrant officer.
Left sleeve - fabric shoulder patch - rectangular - Rising Sun Badge with Queen's Crown and lettering embroidery "THE AUSTRALIAN ARMY".
Manufacturer's label at back below collar - white fabric.
