Councillor Henry Johnston Harvey, who represented the South Ward during the 1930's
Councillor Evan Charles Owens, who represented the North Ward in the 1930's
Councillor Ernest W. Jackson who was a councillor from late 1930s through to mid-1950's and as Mayor of Williamstown in 1944-45 and 1948-49.
