Cream coloured foolscap cardboard folder containing printed pages, printed predominantly one side only, a few pages printed on both sides.
Inscriptions & markings
Purple oval stamp in centre of front page with inscription reading Alfred Hospital Gynaecology Lectures. Embellishment between Alfred Hospital and Gynaecology Lectures and a dotted line space under Gynaecology Lectures with the name M. Dixon written in blue ink and underneath U Group written in blue ink. Three staple marks down the left hand side. In blue ink on top right corner is written Procedure Book underlined followed by !?! and below this in grey pencil is Cat no 717.25 and 1958. There is are two vertical lines in blue ink across the front of the cover.
Some handwritten notes in blue ink and grey pencil on back cover and inside back cover. On some pages are handwritten notes in blue and red ink.
