Centenary souvenir gift from the Alfred Hospital Nurses' League Committee to members. The booklet details the hisory of the League, from the foundation in 1918, the badge, fist presented to graduating nurses in 1920, the Louisa Mann gold medal and the closure of the School of Nursing

Illustrated booklet with both coloured and black and white photographs. Booklet has a white cover with red blue and gilt print On the front cover, along with title and author's name is the badge of the Alfred Hospital Nurses League (these words are printed around a red maltese cross, with the motto 'ubi non est mulier ibi ingemiscit aerger' underneath' The back cover also has the AHNL badge aroud which are printed 1918 - 2018 celebrating 100 years
