D. 1855 at a / quarter to one o'Clock in the afternoon a memorial of the within Deed / numbered Eight hundred and fifty nine (No. 859) Book 23 and verified / by Julius Hamel of Collins Street Melbourne in the Colony of Victoria / Clark to John Barter Bennett of the same place Solicitor.
