Subdivision, Forest Park Estate, south Upwey. Estate agent's notice. Caption refers to Upwey's biggest land and property sale, including Forest Park House, a 10-roomed brick and weatherboard residence on 12 acres of land, garage, stables, barn, blacksmith shop. Forest Park was built pre-1900 and owned over the years by a series of Melbourne business people. An adjoining cottage was to be auctioned on the day also. Area extends Ternes Road - Glenfern Road - Morris Road, township of Upwey.
