Cash receipt books, Invoice and Statement books, cheque books, petty cash books, there are 5 diaries that have been used for Hall bookings by various groups in the area, various letters and correspondence relating to the Hall including letters with regards to the destruction of the original hall and the re-building of a new hall with sketch proposals of various sections of the new hall. There are also minutes of meetings, invitations to the opening of the new hall, 2 photographs of the new hall under construction, 2 folders of correspondence and 1 folder containing Clematis Hall Rebuilding Submission Plans and Items of Interest.
